In this workshop we will first release the hips with soft restorative postures that can be done by anyone, anytime.
We will continue exploring the hips with classic hip openers explained with simplicity. Working with clear principles of alignment that will keep you safe and confident in your progress.
At the end we will learn how to sit in a comfortable meditation seat and improve it patiently over time.
