We are going to practice a powerful yet simple set of movements based on Somatic Education, a routine which can be done daily by anyone. The movements are slow and soft in a meditative state. You will also receive a document (print/pdf) with the essential practice explained and illustrated.

About the Event
The main purpose of the workshop is to provide unique tools to reach a deeper look into your mind and body, gaining more freedom and better integration.
Our bodies respond habitually to present and past stressful events or periods of all kind, major or minor, imprinting them onto our posture.
With slow movements and a different mindset we can act towards restoring the original condition, guiding our bodies to letting go of those brain projected limitations.

At the beginning we will practice and experience the movements and their profound effect, immersed and inventive.
After a short break we will continue and learn the same postures, this time as a demo with more explanation and background.
You will also receive a printed paper with the essential practice explained and illustrated for future reference.
The workshop is suitable to all levels and abilities, the practice is soft and restorative yet deep and powerful.
